Elevator services across New Mexico

Elevator Inspections

We perform state required inspections per ASME A17.1 standards on all types of equipment for both commercial and private owners.

We also offer third party witnessing of Category 1 and Category 5 safety tests

Fire Alarm and Hoistway Access

Our team is happy to assist with fire alarm testing for your building. We can safely provide hoistway access to the pit and overhead areas of your elevator and ensure proper fire recall functions are being met.

The New Mexico Elevator Safety Act - What is it?

The Elevator Safety Act was passed by the State Legislature and signed into law by Governor Grisham in 2023 and requires that all elevators, escalators and some vertical lifts be inspected annually to ensure the safety of the riding public and the elevator personnel who build and maintain them. By January 1, 2026, all commercial conveyances in New Mexico must be registered with the Construction Industries Division as required by the Elevator Safety Act.
